Care home deaths in England have risen exponentially since they were ignored in the first phase of the rollout down south. They still won't be done for another few weeks. Where are the most vulnerable? It's also the case that Scotland is ahead of several regions in England but the right-wing press won't tell you that. Just as well I'm here to do it for them

They caught up with the Care Home Vaccinations down south by the end of January. The papers down south of all political persuasion confirm. The Care Home side of things is just one of the things that Nicola/SNP have peddled to try to excuse their pathetic response so far. Where you and I agree & differ, Taintedice, is that I agree with you for the most part on the performance of Boris/Tories but disagree in that I think Nicola/SNP are equally as incompetent, corrupt and totally disorganized as the UK government. The one time the useless Tories get something right i.e. the ordering , distribution and administration of the vaccines they get no credit from Nicola/SNP who couldn't organize a the proverbial piss up in a brewery; look at their record on schools, last years flu jab roll out etc. etc. Politicians in general :- 'a plague on all their houses'. I can't stand the lot of them.

I suppose you can get away with it if it's a white middle aged man (good chance) or someone identifying as a man and he dosent feel harassed, alarmed or distressed but it's a tricky one.

Saw some absolute lunatic on TV, yesterday morning I think it was, saying we shouldn't be using terms like 'pig', 'rat', 'snake' etc to describe people demonstrating traits associated with the behaviour or diet or whatever of those animals. Seemingly it's 'speciesist'.

Would you believe the girl proposing this was Scottish and works at Edinburgh University? Needless to say Piers Morgan tore right into her. I don't like Piers much but I do love it when he tears into the PC brigade and of course when he shows up slimy politicians for what they are.

One day we'll be seeing people sent to jail for denying a seagull its right to **** in the gents toilets.

The latest from down south is that all older residents from eligible care homes have been offered a vaccine wtf. Nicola Sturgeon also mentioned 'older care homes', what is that even meant to mean. Just say how many have been jabbed, it's not difficult. I took it for granted that anyone in a care home would get a jag/jab, not only people of certain ages. Scotgov have been slow outside of care homes, because of Leitch, man is an idiot. Never heard of multi-tasking obviously.
