Yes I know and no.
Do you have a face mask
No
Why
I don't carry one
Why
Exempt
When I get in I ask why they can only let 1 customer in.
Because that's all we have room for.
They have the man with 100 questions on the door, a woman telling you to stand on a red dot, a cashier behind the counter and a floor walker trying to sell credit cards......that's why it's one in one out maximum of one.
Covid madness.

I am involved in three small organisations that do not need nor will be given, online banking. It is very frustrating not being able to pop in speak to the teller and get the job done. On a couple of occasions the queue minder asked me what I wanted to do. The had an ipad and were following their protocol. Both times I was ushered to a comfy waiting area where I sat and waited. Sure enough someone come along and when I am allowed to explain what I wanted to do, in my own words, had to see the teller. Sorry to say I was not my usual calm self and I spoke sharply to the counter staff. Poor from me, it's not their fault, but it just seems banks are desperate to run away from handling money. If I could operate without a bank account I would deffo consider it. Any suggestions?
Doing themselves out of a job, bit like teachers will.
