When's Cormack's live review? That should be a must-view experience. In a season where we had a shot, admittedly a long one given how sh1te we are, of a Champions League spot thanks to the Timplosion, McInnes' shrug of the shoulders and not overly bothered expression last night are the visual equivalents of Magoo's "Ach, its only 3 points" capitulation and should be the sole focus of the review.

There was too much snobbery when I mentioned Goodwin a couple of years ago. It's good to see folk have warmed to the idea now everyone (almost) has realised McInnes is and always has been pish.

Think it might be because he was such an obnoxious sh1te as a player. There was a previous St. Mirren manager that was a pr1ck of a player......

Obviously at the moment with no fans in the grounds you can hear a lot more of managers and players shouting etc. What I liked about Martindale in the last two games was that he's constantly involved in the game - he's kicking every ball with the players, talking them through the game the whole time, his enthusiasm is obviously infectious. It could be because he's so new to it all and maybe that will wear off over time, but our manager has lost any enthusiasm he might have once had - no wonder the players look unmotivated and serve up the kind of rubbish we got last night.

Our captain is also uninspiring and unenthusiastic. The only ones who will get up for the games at the moment are those that get themselves up - mainly players who are trying to get themselves noticed by international managers, or maybe ambitious about moving on to bigger things elsewhere - guys like Hedges and Ferguson. The rest of them look unmotivated.

The McInnes fan club will rubbish it and still say we are doing as good as can be expected. I don’t think they actually watch the matches we play.

Excellent read. The thing is, we are the only set of fans in Scotland who are not allowed to have any aspirations ("living in the 80s if they're expecting decent entertainment")

Lewis Ferguson: "a team like Aberdeen should never be losing at home to anybody in this league." McWitless will surely dock him a month's wages for daring to suggest we shouldn't know our place when it comes to the Uglies.

I don't blame the media. Nobody ever reads it anyway (apparently). It's a lot of the fans stop us having aspirations. They are as "pragmatic" as McInnes. Life is way too easy up there for him.

Cracking read and spot-on, unfortunately. We should definitely replace Lewis with Lewis as Captain.

Yes! That's the way every player in the team, every member of staff at the club, every supporter at home should be thinking. The problem is far too many of them are like the RedTV commentary team with their usual rubbish "the manager will be quite happy to have made it to have time at 0-0" or "I suppose a draw against St Mirren isn't a bad result is it?" or "there's a lot to like about the dons today" (usually when we're 2 nil down), or "third place is still up for grabs" (as if it's the equivalent of winning the Champions League).

The truth if we hadn't been absolutely stinking for the majority of this season we should be second in the league just now, possibly by quite a few points. Missed opportunities time and time again because there's no belief in the team. Buck stops with the manager on that one - and you could say the captain must take some responsibility for instilling that too once they're out on the park. Our manager and captain are hugely uninspiring.
