    I thought that for the small amount of time that he was on, he showed a bit more steel than our other holding midfielders.

    Thought he looked decent and a mistake not to start him along with Pereira. Ken Barlow off Corrie would show more steel than Sawyers and probably run faster too!

    Agree, it doesn't make any sense at all to leave out your best player no matter what system you decide on. Pereira looked a class above the rest when he came on. This fixation with playing Sawyers is still baffling. I can understand him not playing Yokuslu from the start but although Livermore has not been at his best, I would still have selected him before Sawyers.
