Just got back from having the jab. Less than half an hour including travelling there and back.

48 hours on I do admit my left arm is a bit sore. Almost as if someone had jabbed a needle into it.

I recently purchased a cross trainer. I did vow never to buy another keep fit gadget but needs must. I've had rowing machines, and exercise bikes in the past and stopped using em when the novelty wore off, which was usually within a few months. No doubt this will end up being the same so I will probably advertise it on here when i'm ready

I have stopped feeding the birds since we have had a cat Danny.
So far no reaction at all.
I have been given the Astrazeneca vaccine which is the Oxford one.
I have read up on it with the leaflet they gave me and it has a 63% chance of not falling seriously ill from Covid.
Due to have the second shot in May which is supposed to give further protection.
