For someone who wanted to turn this board into a more positive place, he's actually turned it into no more than a bickering shop.

No NCM has been a "bickering shop" for as long as I can remember although it's definitely got worse over the years compared to the 2000s period. It was a noticeably nicer place back then.

It used to be Navy who always provided quick follow up posts to EP, but in recent weeks it's become Gump.

Positivity maybe aiming to high for NCM but more balance is obtainable, I won't give up.

One thing that is for certain your bizarre theory that when I post the message board goes quiet has been well and truly laughed out of court. Quite the opposite in fact, thank you for contributing Gump

It's always had it's share of arguments, but it's got noticeably worse since you became the most frequent poster. Your continued use of silly nicknames and juvenile hashtags would be understandable if you were 11 years old, but you have indicated that you are an adult.

As for my ''bizzarre theory'' as you put it. You do love mentioning that I've noticed. I'm actually not surprised as taking great delight in small victories is a typical snide trait. You don't happen to own a wax effigy and a set of pins do you?

You should keep trying to change this board if you wish to but without doubt you already have.

More backbiting, more bickering and more repetitive posts than there has ever been, well done. Also let's not forget that you easily qualify for Biggest Stinking Hypocrite award 2021. We don't even need a competition this year as you've already won by a mile.

No delight in small victories, I wish to discuss and debate all matters re Notts but you in particular recently have seemingly enjoyed throwing in plenty of non-Notts related comments my way.

That's fine but when you put a comically bad theory together and post it , which couldn't be further from the truth, I take some delight in highlighting it.

It's clear that many (not a few) on here enjoy arguing based purely on contrasting personalities. They've moved so far away from debating anything to do with Notts, that football talk is now a secondary matter to them. I can't help it if a person clearly gets upset when an acronym or # is used to stress a view. Don't sweat the small stuff is the phrase that springs to mind#fillingavoid

Hopefully tonight's game goes ahead and we can argue about football and Notts instead.

I truly believe the many postponements have definitely been a major factor in all this personality led bickering. Along with the restraints of a lockdown, and of course my alternative view and comments to the #angrymob#pitchforks#noagendacrew#100%negative

Another absolute masterclass in hypocrisy:

"No delight in small victories" followed seconds later by "I take some delight in highlighting it".

There's a simple truth to that one - just click on laddo's username, then 'View Forum Posts', and have a read. See how many of his posts are discussing Notts, and how many are petty arguments with other posters. I'll give you a clue - there's a pretty clear winner!

Agree with this. The concerns are valid but it's been done to death already. Yesterday some of the failings with the way Ardley sets us up came to the fore again, but equally the players performed badly (poor touches, wayward passes, crap set pieces).

A bad day all round.
