Buy one, get jabbed free: Ikea, Big offer vaccine to shoppers
Through Tuesday, February 23, Furniture giant Ikea has set up vaccination stations in its stores around Israel, with vaccines available to members of all of Israel's health funds.
Vaccines were also being administered in Jerusalem's open-air Machane Yehuda market Monday, as well as in Big shopping malls in Eilat, Ashdod, and Beersheva. Vaccines have also been given in Tel Aviv bars and public squares, and in some cases, free food is being offered to anyone volunteering to get the shot.

"Our main goal is to get everyone vaccinated," a spokesman for Magen David Adom said. "The idea is that if you won't come to us, we'll come to you. We have special pop-up vaccination stations that can be set up quickly almost anywhere." Magen David Adom, along with the Health Ministry, IDF and Manufacturer's Association, is bringing vaccination facilities to large private companies and industrial centers. HP Israel, Osem Nestle, SodaStream, Unilever and Elbit Systems are among those who have arranged for workers to receive the vaccine at their employment premises during the workday.

On Sunday, Israel loosened some of the restrictions of its third lockdown, as the country's malls, markets, museums and libraries were allowed to open for the first time in two months. Hotels, health clubs, swimming pools and cultural venues were also opened for people possessing a vaccination certificate or green passport certifying that they have either recovered from coronavirus or received both doses. More locations will likely be accessible only to those who are fully vaccinated in the coming months.

Some Israeli stores are offering discounts to people with vaccination certificates. Among them, the Optica Halprin optical chain said it would give eyeglasses frames worth up to NIS 299 to anyone presenting their certificate by February 28.

BT : Watch out eh? '' If you won't come to us, we'll come to you.''

Quite right Balan, for the first time ever in medical history I believe, people who have a disease but show no symptoms are being classed as 'cases'. I can think of no other reason for setting this precedent except that it doesn't half bump the numbers up and provides some sort of justification for keeping the country under house arrest and muzzled for months on end.

You have to laugh, Boris starts off by saying he'll be guided by the data, not dates, then gives a series of dates before which certain restrictions will not be lifted, regardless of the data.

Then Starmer chirps up, he'll only support Boris if he promises not to shorten the length of time we remain locked down, no matter what the data says. Dumb and fecking dumber, and still the Mad Scientists insist it's Lockdown 3 which is driving down the figures, despite all the data showing it can't be. Cretins informed by liars, all scrabbling to cover their own backs, it's a sorry sight.

Universities shut, campuses still open and students being charged for no return, most kids absent from school for over a year. You would think the government don't actually want to educate the masses.

    Intellectual Capitalism; P R Sarkar
In the psychic sphere there is a noticeable lack of motivation and effort on the part of intelligent and educated people at present to properly utilize their acquired knowledge for the collective welfare. This is the psychology of an apathetic and elitist class who do not like to move from their privileged position to work for the welfare of the common people. This psychology gives rise to a special type of intellectual capitalism.

Intellectual capitalism causes several pressing problems in society.
First, the literacy skills of a large part of the population are not developed.
Secondly, the socio-economic consciousness of the indigenous people is not encouraged.
Thirdly, unhealthy inferiority complexes and fear complexes influence the minds of the people so that they are kept psychically weak. Fourthly, the intellectual and moral development of human beings is hindered, so intellectual backwardness and irrationality become rampant in society.

Finally, narrow sentiments like geo-sentiment and socio-sentiment start exerting a destructive influence on society. Consequently, intellectual exploitation, dogmatic theories and doctrines, and religious superstition and rituals become widespread.

Intellectual inertia has assumed dangerous proportions. Taking advantage of this intellectual stagnancy, rapacious capitalists deviously spread a subtle web of exploitation and suck the *****ity of society. Through this process capitalists are able to perpetuate their insidious rule of exploitation.
