We have a great defence that cannot be in dispute now but we just cant score enough goals 26 in 21 league games is nowhere near good enough and it is becoming a major concern to me. Its almost becoming necessary to keep a clean sheet to win a game at a rate of just over one goal a game

It’s becoming a problem. Out of 21 games, we’ve not scored in over a third of them (eight, compared to four at the same stage last season). We’ve only managed to score two goals or more seven times in those 21 games (10 at this stage last season).

Two bits of good news. Tonight was our fourth clean sheet in a row away from home. And we’re six points better off than we were after 21 games last season. Three home games coming up now (King’s Lynn, Aldershot, Halifax) - 9 points required, plain and simple.
