I'm psychic doncha know... 😉 I find your attitude to this baffling as you have always been so cautious about lifting restrictions, presumably due to your health issues. Now it seems to be different all of a sudden. Is it the case of I've got my vaccine so 'I'm all right Jack'? Sadly the majority of us are not in the same boat.

I understand that, but my point was about the fact that she was certain in her words that on April 26th the entire country was going into tier 3, which is grossly unfair and a massive kick in the baws on 16 areas (50% of the country) that should currently be in tier 1 or below.

Yes it was the Tier 3 thing that was the kicker. That basically meant that we were in a virtual lockdown until we’ll into May, which let’s face it is nearly three months away. They’ve been saying on the news that hospitality and tourism will be allowed to re-open from Apr 26th but if it’s Tier 3 then let’s face it, that’s pointless as the restrictions on these section Tier 3 are such that there is absolutely zero point in re-opening at that stage. That’s why I feel that if it’s to be Tier 3 then fine. I have no issue with that but do it nearer the start of April, not the end. Early April is still 6 weeks away for Christ’s sake.

It's certainly not that I can assure you. Do you want to know what difference lifting restrictions will make to my life? Almost nothing as, unfortunately, I don't go anywhere or do anything anyway.

Regardless, I think you'll find (if you look back a few months on here) I questioned quite vehemently about Angus being put into tier 3 restrictions when the data just did not justify it. I can understand why you'd forget about this as is doesn't fit this narrative you've decided to attach to me.

I haven't attached any 'narrative' to you. I simply asked a question due to what seemed to be a big u-turn, hence the question mark...

There isn't a u-turn, that's the narrative you are putting onto me. BTW, not sure if you are aware, but I have MS and the things I can do for myself are slowly diminishing over time. That makes the time I have where I can do things (like drive a car and get my wheelchair out of it myself for instance) very precious, not only to me but the loved ones that care for me every day. I'm all right Jack? Fk me, well I'm NOT!

No, I wasn't aware of that, as I don't know anything about you except what you put on here. I'm sorry to hear that. I have people that I care for in a similar position which is why I don't want this virus to spiral out of control again and am prepared to put my life on hold for as long as it takes for everyone to be safe.

thats it in a nutshell for everyone basically

Tier 3 is a complete waste of time, pubs can open and not sell alcohol, WTF. So is this so they dont need to give them any financial support?

As i saod yesterday tier 3 is basically the same as now except more shops open. Its f ucking sh1te.
