    I've still got the card, it also has my second jab date on it.
    But what I am asking is. How would this be presented with a passport to get back abroad?

    Thats ben the case for years for say yellow fever, you need proof of vaccination, not an issue you get a certificate issued by your GP or health centre etc. where you had the relevant vaccine, just add covid to that job done!
