    Have given up. From what I saw he absolutely aced every question. Some of the MSPs obviously not up to the task and clearly that was why they were chosen. Jackie Baillie was the exception.

    According to the Alex Salmond written submissions this would never have happened if John Swinney the Deputy First Minister had not drawn up a very restricted terms of reference to investigate breaches of the Ministerial Code which would have ensured that his ‘boss’ Nicola Sturgeon would have been exonerated.
    In my opinion John Swinney is ‘up to his neck’ in this and he should be very carefully considering his position.
    Fortunately there was an outcry and James Hamilton who had been appointed to investigate was in October 2020 told to greatly expand his investigation into breaches of the Ministerial Code.
