Pundits saying that the penalty award was correct, I disagree, his arm went up as he jumped for the ball and then tha ball landed on his arm, no intent there whatsoever. If that is how hand ball is now judged, then the law is an ass.
Also, the penalty ‘technique’, Gross actually stops in his run up, since when has that been allowed? I always believed that the run up to a penalty had to be uninterrupted?
