Nor is it ever his fault.
Tonight, Matthew, i'm going to throw under the bus...
...drum roll...
Martin Dubravka and Matt Ritchie.....

Am I right in thinking that this isn't the first time we've lost 3 players to soft tissue injuries in th same game? (assuming that's what tonight's were?)
We know that Bruce is old-school and likes a lot of running-confirmed by Shelvey the useless shite so are these injuries caused by our training regime or just bad luck?
Mind, on a related note, it's not the first time Bruce hasn't been able to give coherent instructions to subs...

****ing ****.
And yes, agreed Zip. Something isn't right, we are picking up injuries all over the place, so has to be trainning related in some way.
6 injuries in 2 home games...
Add the fact Fernández has been out for 8 games already...
And Dummett, Longstaff and Gayle still can't get a game ahead of Lewis, Shelvey and Joelinton
I'll tell you what we're not doing and that's developing players.
Lewis has, I think, shown a lot of potential-he has a heap of natural ability but needs coaching in how to use it and in how /where to position himself. Much more of Bruce will ruin him.
With proper coaching, I think we'd have a real player on our hands.
We don't have proper coaches-not surprising when the interview process goes like this:
'Good morning, I understand you'd like to be a coach at Newcastle United. Can I just ask what your name is?'
'It's Steve'
''You're in'.
We need Steve Keegan and Steve Benitez with Steve Shearer as striker coach.
What ever they are doing has f.u.c.k.all to do with football.
