One of the few plus points over our Premier exile was not having to put up with the sectarian bile that has phuck all to do with football pouring into Tannadice.
This ^^^, and not have to walk past them at the end of a game waiting for one of the orcs to hit someone. The 2010 Scottish cup final where there was no arse cheeks involved, is one of my favourite football memories. Walking down the road with opposition fans and everyone talking football and not fekin religious bigotry.
Having not been in Tannadice for over a year now has me slavering at the thought of that crescendo of noise when there is a good away support, and as much as I detest them, I cant wait to get back to theses game against the fiddlers and huns.
Particularly looking forward to giving the fiddlers support some abuse, hate them with a phukkin passion
I’m deeply saddened to hear that. I think if you are being honest, you can all admit the rangers have got loads of decent fans, yes there is a vocal minority who try to push their political views and they are the real bigots.
I know dundee is a big yes city like glasgow. Loads of bears are supporting independence, at least 50% anyway. And majority are certainly not into bigotry. And there may be some banter during games but never seen bother after them (unlike the scum fans, who have no respect for any other fans in Scotland) You can easily tell, whenever you get a result against Celtic you are in danger of violence and real vicious attack. If you get a result against rangers, we accept it and move on. Best of luck with the Scottish cup :-)
That’s the spirit. Always a great atmosphere against new firm clubs and we accept the abuse and hate as banter. It’s always a safe enough atmosphere after the game. I wouldn’t be so sure about the fiddlers though, they seem to think they are the greatest fans in the world and yet I feel genuine worry for anyone who is subjected to their company after a defeat.
