Considering it finished early -£1.2m doesn’t sound too bad.
#rufc accounts published. Loss of £1.2 million for 2019/20 season L1 promotion season. Investment of £2m by chairman Tony Stewart (share issue) to cover it. Turnover £9.6m, down from £13.9m in Champ season before.
Considering it finished early -£1.2m doesn’t sound too bad.
Let’s compare this with Wednesday accounts if they ever get published
A loss is a loss is a loss, regardless of what other clubs losses might be.
No doubt everyone will be wanting Norwich and Watford to get promoted, and possibly Bournemouth via play offs...then the parachute money they then don’t get gets distributed throughout the EFL clubs...I am not sure what that total amount is but if it’s at least 2 of these if not 3 then it should be a fair amount each..and certainly would negate some our loss.more so especially if we stay up.
What’s welovebooth got to say?
There's always someone who will say TS is taking money out of the club, whatever the official accounts say.
