If it is sinister why are both sides of the house behind the bill? I honestly don’t believe this crop of politicians are clever enough to mastermind some Orwellian scheme!

Everyone should have the right to protest peacefully, it's the foundations that this country was built upon. The scenes last night do nothing for the cause of people who want the freedom to protest within the law.

Like everyone else I don't know, but I have always felt there's something we can't put our fingers on. Something not quite right.
I still remember Boris saying we have to accept the new normal twelve months ago.
This is the third pandemic in my lifetime that has caused millions of deaths worldwide, but I have never seen anything like this.

I’m sure I read Lib Dem’s, Labour, Green Party abstained from voting.

I'm with the local Mayor on this. The bussed in 'Politically illiterate' stole the protest.

I think we need to make clear distinction between those peaceful protesters and these so called anarchists/scum. I’ve heard from a Bristolian that many not from the area travelled a long distance to Bristol to protest and cause problems.

If you’re “travelling” to a protest then by definition this’ll be against the law for the majority of them.

I’m a bit conflicted by this though if I’m honest.

There’s going to be a point in time where people are just not going to accept being shackled when 80% of the population are vaccinated.

As I’ve said previously I think that June of this year is the pivotal moment in this crisis.
