Hi Thomas you can come and visit me in Oldbury West Midlands any time. Oldbury has a large supermarket, a library (closed due to lockdown) some nice pubs (all closed due to lockdown) a large retail park (although a lot are closed due to lockdown). Apologies I couldn't make it sound more attractive, it would be nicer but due to the lockdown its rather crap. The large covid testing centre is open though.

Cheers Phil - thanks for the offer. 😊😎

It’s nice with open-/broadminded welcoming people, without the protectionist and prohibitionist streak - the way I remember the English to be. 😊😎

For God's sake, just give it a miss for a couple of years and holiday in this country.
    Sweden Covid Deaths: 13,000

    United Kingdom Covid Deaths: 126,000

One locked up their population for months at a time and destroyed the economy, the other didn't. Sweden have shown from day one that they were acting correctly

People are having jabs to want to go on jollies abroad but still cannot.

But the whole thing about travel is that people can still go abroad, surely if an outright ban before travelling you give your justification not be slapped with a fine at the end. The logic of the way they are doing things is bizzare.

Evening Regis - in my view any fine should be a percentage of an individuals annual income so it hits every person the same in their pocket. For example we have a customer who has a 75 million home in Kensington as well as many properties around the world - they said they are going to Dubai next week so 5 grand to them is like 5 pounds to you and me. So there you have it!!!

Morning Al', I hope all's well with you and yours.

Pretty sure you posted on another thread that if you were a shopkeeper you'd refuse entry to anyone not wearing a mask (or words to that effect). Rules are rules etc.

Given their flippancy I'm amazed to learn you haven't registered your disgust with this multimillionaire customer of yours by telling them to shove their money where the sun doesn't shine on a point of general principle.

And here's you giving away £30 freebies to the rich and ungrateful. You couldn't make it up. Rolls grenades and walks away ...... 😊 .

An MP yesterday asked Hancock how many people have died within 3 weeks of having the jab. Wonder why this sort of question is being asked in Parliament?
