True to a point lads. I'd like to add however, Shankland's best form came when we stopped fannying about with Clark in midfield and also when he was partnered with Appere. Only the manager knows why he persevered with Clark in that role and didn't give Appere much of an opportunity when McNulty clearly wasn't working.

Yeah agree about clark he did keep pi..ing about with that a bit too much think he saw him as a chance of goals but really was not working.Think he has got over that now think maybe time to drop mcnulty and think of next season also.

I think the loss of Chalmers and the addition of McNulty has had a negative effect on things as far as Shankland scoring goes.
i think he plays better when Louis plays, im yet to see the fuss over Chalmers tbh

I like Chalmers when he's on form. He's quick & skilful but like many wide players lacks a bit of consistency. His shooting is hopeless. Still has lots to work on but he's relatively new to the first team and has time to work on his weaknesses.

One of the important things that Chalmers brings is that he pulls players out of position/breaks up defensive shape. McMullan did it too but only when he was on form and that wasn't often enough.

Currently my favourite player as club and Scotland captain in my football manager save. If he can be half the player in real life...
