Yes there is a small chance if dying, as there is a small chance you might meet with a fatal accident or mugging going to the vaccination centre.

The odds are roughly the same

For younger people the chance of dying with Covid is only slightly higher than of getting blood clots from the Astra vaccine though, that's why they're suspending it.
