I'm not blaming the players - I think they wanted to compete for promotion...

The incomers have completely sabotaged their efforts, by picking the wrong players in the wrong line ups while sucking all the confidence out of each and every one of them

Correct. All players have limitations and IB obviously decided it needed 5 defenders and the worst 2 centre midfielders at the club to start.
IB selected a side that we all knew would struggle to create. I wonder what the owners are thinking about his team selections and his unwillingness to utilise players that were recruited using their system.

IB is more Fullerton than Ardley.

IB can go out and sign players but he is adamant this squad has enough quality.

This squad needs a huge overhaul and I want to see players trying harder than this shower.

Eastleigh are cack. Sadly we are worse.

That was not only a 'hard watch' but the hardest type of defeat to take. One where you are unsure whether your team were actually trying.

Yes after a relegation and 2 years of dross. Not 3 weeks with somebody else's squad

With the same players we were in a cup semi final and comfortably in the playoffs with games in hand when Ardley was sacked.
Now look what has happened.

And the wait for a decent performance goes on, and on, and on. We’re looking increasingly clueless with each passing game, content to just knock the ball about at the back, forgetting what the aim of this bloody game is.

The change of manager when it came has killed our already slim chances of promotion this season, and that’s on the owners. We’re incapable of doing the basics - passing, controlling, crossing - and everyone connected with the club, from the owners on down, needs to give their head a shake and wake up. We’ve been sleepwalking through this year and are now deservedly out of the playoffs.

The players have now got a week to regroup and show some passion for this club and their careers.

In general IB says he was happy with that performances. A couple of sloppy moments. Apparently we want to be perfect and score the perfect goal. Sam and Rodrigues not doing well enough in training. We have plenty of games left.

Correct. IB has seen us go out the cup to an unfit pub team, go from comfortable fourth with games in hand with a real chance of top spot taking 8pts from 12 to overseeing our worst run of defeats since we've been down here and drop out the playoffs with not a prayer of getting back into them.

Personally I've no faith at all that he's going to come good next season.
