Personally,I will be glad to see the back of all those clubs, let them get on with it. The premier league will be better off without them.. Good riddance..

So American bankers JP Morgan are financing the Euro Super League with ex- Man U Chairman Ed Woodward advising the finer details.

If the authorities develop a pair and a spine and kick them out of their respective leagues they wil end up paying a HELL of a lot less.

Watching Gary Neville on the Sky Intro to the match this evening. Very impressive.

James Milner, interviewd after the match, says (of the ESL proposals), "I don't like it, and hopefully it doesn't happen", coming on top of Jurgen Klopps pre-match interview where he repeated his objection (made in a statement in 2019).

If the bloated six get big points deductions a la Saracens in rugby then we would be in the top 4

Not relevant (sorry, but bigger issues at hand). They might be expelled, do we want to finish higher in the league because of that, not here.

As Neville and Carragher have said, this needs to be stopped, buried so deep it never sees the light of day ever again.

Sadly, something like this has been lurking in the background for years.

Not sure about you lot, but I already find the current European competitions somewhat tedious.

And the Champions league changes sail through seamlessly without any notable objections as all focus is on the ESL.

    Hmmmmm....
