So here we are sending jabs and aid to India, a country that ranks in the top ten largest economies, has the atomic bomb and a busy space exploration industry.

Somebody's priorities seem to be way off.

The UK is not sending vaccines to India. Our production gets nowhere near meeting domestic demand and we are dependent upon imports, including significant quantities from India.

We are sending ventilators and equipment for the production of oxygen. Are you seriously arguing against that given what is happening there?

No of course not.

Just pointing out that economically India has the resources to have done a better job of controlling their outbreak. Spending money in the wrong places.

Maybe the large Pakistani community here can rally round and send aid?
