Ahead of them, Rodrigues joins Michael Doyle and Jake Reeves in central midfield with Boldewijn partnering Kyle Wootton up top.

There's plenty of pace on the bench with Jimmy Knowles and Lewis Knight waiting in the wings along with Dion Kelly-Evans, Adam Chicksen and Regan Griffiths.
STARTING XI: Steele; Turner, Ellis, Rawlinson; Barnett, Chicksen; Doyle, Reeves, Rodrigues; Wootton, Boldewijn

Well that's a step in the right direction...
They should've known better than drop Ruben and Enzio in the first place (if you'd seen us at our best this season)

There's a fair amount of rust in that side so I hope that isn't a problem. Hopefully Brindley, as well as those two, can step into his best game because he's got a lot to offer when he puts his mind to charge forward.

All being well we can return full circle now to the true situation of the squad - attacking flair, solid enough defence held back by not enough football from Centre-mid and full backs!

Anyway, more hopeful of a win today after seeing our only match winners back from gardening leave

Whatever side we put out today should be good enough to beat Altrincham.
When it happens there will be those who say this is the side that should have been playing the last few weeks.
The clamour for Enzio is mind boggling given his overall form this season and the fact their is a fair few who want him out the club.
Rodders is a bit of an enigma. We have seen glimpses of a decent football, and it’s those glimpses that some are suggesting he plays. My worry with him at the moment, the same with Enzio, is that they can literally disappear mid game and offer nothing.
I hope for all concerned that they both have blinders.
