I will give Gallagher the benefit of time ,if he signs .
He seems to posses more aggression an a will to win than current central defenders .
That is what we need to install in young loons coming through. Also need somebody like him to talk youngsters through games.

Glass is said to be keen for a word with Del, in about six months time, about player recruitment as that will coincide with two transfer windows ahead and will give Glass an easy first six months in charge. How the **** can a Manager work two windows ahead? Sounds like a peeping Tom strategy!
