I can't believe people are arguing in favour of Ross. Yes what he said was racist due to Enzio being black and the African stereotype. If you have a go at someone and bring their race into it then that's racist. Why even mention race? He could have just said he's lazy or slow. Would he have said that African passport joke about a slow white player, no. We don't need people who casually use racist jokes and stereotypes at the club. He himself resigned which was the right decision.

I believe He bought the african reference in as reference to them lying about their age on their passports as apparently they do..
Apparently it's a fact as was verified by a very interesting post earlier and his first post.
Do you know anyone else nationality or individual who is famed about lying about their age? Who else could he have used to support his claim?
Anyway it was used to support his accusation that enzio was playing like an older man and not a man of his supposed age.

You are certainly correct in saying he could have easily used a better way of expressing how poorly he felt enzio was playing.
If ross hadn't resigned what course of action fo you think the club should have took sacking or warning.

He apparently wanted them to lose.you bet on them to lose.
He had his reason for thinking that, you have yours for betting on them to lose.
Different reasons same outcome..
You slag him off even if his thoughts behind it made complete sense yet it's ok for you to bet on them to lose.

It's not what I said that matters..yes I think he meant it as to not cover over the cracks of our poor manager but thats not the issue.

It absolutely beggars belief that you still try to defend the indefensible. Why do you think IR resigned?

I think you will find I said we have no context to go on.
I happen to think its ***** and QP has raised this on a few occasions but we are not privy to the context.
We have no idea of the subplots that lead up to the event and we dont know how it was handled since.
We only know what was said and that is what I have used for my conclusion.
There are many factors that could have a bearing on the issue but we can only make a judgment call on what we've been told.
So context is indeed *****..
