Yes maybe, but no matter how close it was when it comes to the Championship:-

Our management team isn’t good enough
    Our tactics aren’t good enough
Our team selection wasn’t good enough
    Our squad wasn’t good enough
Our dead ball delivery wasn’t good enough
    Our finishing wasn’t good enough
    Our defending wasn’t good enough

But other than those minor points we did ok

It wasn’t really a surprise was it? But for 87 minutes we looked like we could do it.

We seem to make simple mistakes, no-one is ever stood on the D from corners preventing that type of goal, instead an opponent has so much time to score, we miss chance after chance. We can’t blame the ref today, he was ideal blow for anything type.

Champagne corks will be popping tonight at the EFL as the wanted ourselves and Wycombe down

Agree with all that except Our squad wasn’t good enough because they are.

When sky held back the Derby game back on purpose for 3 minutes in front of ours from the start ,they could have contrived anything especially with Mike dean in charge

I didn't say we did deserve to stay up. We don't. Evidently we haven't done enough. I'm disputing who was at fault for them scoring. Every single time we concede a goal it is because PW is tactically inept.

Warne has had his poor moments but to blanket blame one person for all the failings in games we lost is not fair or accurate.

The players and management all to blame for throwing stupid points away, we should never have been near bottom imo, maybe pressure was a factor in certain games but it’s now pointless if you feel the need to slag, we are in league one so let’s look forward to getting us fans back at games and a promotion back to championship

The players/management will be gutted just like us

Anyway you have a great weekend mate whats left of it.
Freshening up the front line would not have prevented that goal or the increased pressure we were put under IMO. It may have done but they were always going to push us towards the end and I can't see how that tactical switch would of just shut that down entirely. I can see how it may have worked on occasion but we don't know. It's all if my uncle was my aunt or whatever your line was earlier. Who knows. Yeah enjoy your weekend too.
