You're right, the fact is PW has won two promotions but personally, I thought we were very lucky to go up last season under points per game. Aside from that, if Neil Warnock was our manager, or someone similar with a bit of experience, do you think we'd have gone down this season? I don't.
Yes we were lucky to go up last season but you could by the same measure say we were unlucky to go down this season? After everything (and I know we've had some luck by other sides f'ing up but we can't control that), it took a goal 2 minutes from the end of the season to relegate us

Just how many times are the fans expected to say “thank you Mr Stewart” ?

Tony Stewart is far better placed to run a football club, he's been succesful and earned his money and he's done an incredible job running our club.

We need to remember getting relegated from the Championship is a consequence of playing in the Championship. We really should be greateful that we get to play there, and that we don't have to worry the club is going to dissapear in a few years time because of the nature of how we got there.

Remember Don Valley? Sorry, but its relevant to bring it up. People are entitled to be dissapointed, we all are, but we need a reality check of where this club is and where it otherwise could be.

We're doing a damn good job with the resources we have available to us. Those moaning we've not spent "enough" - its very easy to spend someone elses money.
let’s just be grateful then .

Just put myself through watching the events leading up to their goal again. It came 51s after Mattock had come on and from one camera angle, as Jamie Lindsay misses his kick on the edge of the box you can see Crooks put his hands on his head as if to say "Oh No!" and 2s later the ball is nestling in the back of our net

Four points the last time we were in the championship, 2 points short now . Not asking for million pound players, better quality loans would help. Because the chairman didn’t do enough in the jan transfer window he’s now down is it around 6 million next season. Sometimes you have to speculate to acumulate. Yes he’s lost money this time round because of the virus but he fell short the last time we were in the championship as well . Suppose tho we should just be grateful.

    Thank goodness.

The club, the fans and most importantly the players needed this. Had we survived it would only have been another season of being spanked and players cannot prosper in such circumstances. Relegation will quickly be forgotten. Our forwards will relish actually scoring goals. Younger prospects can be brought in or brought back and prosper. Fans can cheer a good few (hopefully) home victories. We should have a good chance of challenging for promotion.

Absoloutely yes, it would be madness.

Neil Warnock may well have kept us up, but Neil Warnock is manager of Middlesborough. We tried to get him and we failed, so its completely irrelevant. Alex Ferguson might have kept us up too.

Ditching Barker and getting another coach might have just done it also
