Shinnie might be another at some point, obvious but like Hayes, if quality players that actually want to come here are few and far between we maybe take what we can get. Russell Anderson was another. Take Considine, he has his limitations but he loves it here, probably doesn't ask for much and is a steady enough pro that plenty managers have had faith in, hence why he is continually kept on. Getting on a bit though so he'll not be frustrating fans for too much longer I'd guess.
If McInnes signed Clark Robertson it would be dubbed the laziest of all of his lazy signings but that’s irrelevant.

There has been comments in other forums and the media that Gallagher and Robertson were both targets of McInnes which makes me a bit concerned about how much of an input Glass has in making our signings.

It is an American thing in their sports that the manager/coach is there to coach the players he is given and someone higher up buys and sells the players.

I hope that’s not the case here.

If we didn't try to sign Gallagher then I'd be pissed off.

The other signing we are making could also be viewed as a mcinnes type signing but one I'm looking forward to.

I think a brief perusal of Clark Robertson's social media would drastically change the mood re: the h*n ba stard setting foot back at the club.

This "JET" character would have been an archetypal McInnes signing.
i.e. Someone that plays well against us, maybe even just once (see Kennedy, Matty; Main, Curtis; etc ).

McInnes type signing, so has had a serious injury, can play a few positions, tried to sign him a multitude of times before.....

    Kenny Miller, come on down...,,
