Youngsters have to keep being played, encouraged and supported by better senior pros than we currently have .
Look at Strachan and how he originally struggled here .
It's the so called experienced players that have let us down this season . That an a truly pathetic recruitment policy that went completely stupid in January window.
    We will get better.. believe

Just avoid an absolute hammering at the title party and that would probably count as a season high.
Hoping our international striking coach will use his contacts to get some quality loans from down south (and I don't mean shell suit Bob)

Nothing positive really to say. It will take a good bit of time to rid the team of the weight of sh1te that has been assembled. Hedges and Ferguson are the only ones out of the regulars that should be kept and even then I am not convinced. Woods is ok as a back up keeper but I worry if he will be our first choice next season.

You can see the work Glass has done so far in the way we play but it isn't any use with totally ineffective players.

We can’t get any worse. 1-0 down at home and just no-one trying more than 65% effort to run beyond their defence line. That was truly horrific tonight. As Garner said on TV, football is a simple game. A bit of pace, some guile to move in and out of the hole and decent finishing. It’s not rocket science.

Need to change something now if we're to stand any chance of taking 1 point, let alone 3.
Agree entirely, Kennedy and McLennan are quite simply atrocious. Both have pace but neither, ever, takes on their man. I think they don’t have the ball skills or confidence to do so. The rest are largely garbage too. Another wasted evening watching that ****e! Clear-out required, including the aged Hayes, McGinn etc, who at least have had their days! Those who I’d keep will soon be off, I imagine!

McInnes has gone. Hopefully by the start of next season so will his players

... and let’s be frank, if an aged Celtic player, not far off 40 years old, improves the player group it doesn’t say much for that group! It’s not a straightforward as that I know but I’m not convinced that this is the correct direction for Aberdeen football club. Look at how easy the Rangers player (Kent?) went past him to score in that last game!

Glass with a few words after the match...

"We are going to try to do our business next season to get to where we want to be. The reason for me arriving in April was to evaluate.

"A lot of decisions have to be made on players. We will certainly add quality and the future looks bright."
