    Aye that would’ve been brilliant, but Chesterfield only drew against a team losing 5-0 every week and Halifax got hammered. It’s a decent day in the end, could’ve been a great one had we won but no need to be disappointed really. Four points should see us home from here.

    Frustrating not to win today but boy what a difference in performance from what was being served up not long ago. It’s hard to believe that these are the exact same players we’ve had all season so all credit to the manager to getting this level of performance out of them.

    Yes, a couple of lapses in concentration cost us all three points but I’m mainly just happy to see a Notts team go out and attack a game like they did today. Will we go up this year? I remain doubtful, but if that is the type of football we can expect from now on then I’m almost not too bothered.

    If IB can do that to a team in two months then it bodes well for next season, regardless of what division we are in.

    I think if we make the P/O's and get to the semi final stage, we'll win promotion.
