I watched Anderson when Accies played Ross County last week. He did absolutely nothing. In fact, I forgot he was even playing until he got subbed off with 15 minutes to go.

Lots of stuff in the media today. Looks like Taylor and Hoban are both off, and Watford are sniffing around Ferguson (£2m bid suggested) and Sunderland around MacCrorie (£800,000 suggested). Then Considine is quoted saying 11-13 players might be on their way out.

Could be an interesting close season.

For once we’re in the driving seat on these potential transfers.

If that is true and 11-13 do leave I’ll be feeling much happier that Glass and Cormack are serious about sorting this mess out.

Ferguson and McCrorie are two of only a handful actually worth keeping. I’ve said all along that I think Ferguson will go this summer but I would’ve thought it would be nearer £3-4m. I’m not sure about McCrorie, he started well but lost his way a bit and I don’t know what position he’d play next season. If we were offered £1m I’d probably take it.

My worry is we’ll end up selling these two but holding on to some of the trash because we’ll end up having just too many players to try to replace in one window,

And the flip side is the club can eff off if they retain Devlin, McGinn, Anderson & Ross as has been widely reported.
Not one of them should be kept.

Sell both, but not necessarily for the first offer.

Ferguson has done a job for us and no doubt has the potential to be better than we’ve seen but his hun connections have always rankled with me.

McCrorie = hun, borrowed from huns, bought from huns, we should NEVER have any dealings with the huns.
