Dancing on Jo Cox's grave again, they must be desperate.

    What's this comment about sinkov?

You would think with Jo's sister standing and the "sympathy vote," this one would be a shoe-in.

Lefties have no shame BT, but they're scraping the barrel with this one. Be interesting to see how the punters in Batley react, it could be a masterstroke, it could backfire. We'll see.

I never knew until last night that Sir Keir Starmer was a millionaire. Knight of the Realm, millionaire, no wonder he looks down on and sneers at our man of the people, good old Boris. You've got to love a Champagne Socialist, we have one on here.

Tony Benn was a good guy, pity he's not still around.

Could not agree more Chris, I once met Tony in a Manchester Hotel and had a good conversation with him.
This was in the early 1070's when he was opposing the Ted Heath's plans to enter into the common market something I totally agreed with at that time and although the press branded him part of the looney left he was a good MP and a true gentleman.

Probably the first political book I ever bought way back in the 70s was a book of Benn's political speeches. For a bit of balance I bought Enoch Powell's book as well. They were both obviously extremely intelligent and articulate, and both turned out to be right. Benn was always against the EU, he could see it for the protectionist racket it was, and still is, Powell correctly predicted the problems mass immigration would cause. He was so prescient, even Barnier is suggesting the EU closes it's borders now.
