Now we are guaranteed the play offs, it is still in our own hands.

I don't think anyone can touch us now , not even Eastleigh who played us when we were in transition.
Could anyone have ever thought or said that with Ardley at the Helm , well except maybe Kelton .....?

NA got us into the playoffs more by good luck than judgement. At least now we have a chance.

Of course you finish 3rd in the league and it's down to luck, naturally. Again this season 6th with 2 games in hand, luck.

Clearly a very lucky manager, bar the relegation .

Without doubt we have a better chance under IB than NA which particularly useful as IB is the future and NA was the past.

The hugely disappointing thing is that we lost twice to Eastleigh, then defeats at Solihull, Halifax and Aldershot as well as disappointing draws at Yeovil and Kings Lynn. That poor spell really has cost us auto promotion. 12 points from a possible 21 would have seen us right up there.

A goal from Rob Milsom gives Sutton a 1-0 half time lead against Hartlepool.

If it stays like that, Sutton are promoted and we can still finish 4th.

Looking ahead to the playoffs, Hartlepool don’t look anything to be too worried about. (I know they’ve beaten us twice, but hopefully we’re a different team now).

Last season we missed out on a serious challenge for top spot due to dropping way too many points away to teams in the bottom half.

This season it's down a cluster of home defeats to teams mid-table. Six losses at ML to clubs currently positioned 7th-16th. That's 18 points chucked away at home to teams below us. Also the away record is noticeably lacking in green highlighted results against the mid-table sides, 1 win in 9 against clubs currently 9th to 17th.
