New Phone

I have a new phone. I need to sign in to the forum on my new gadget but I cannot remember my password. Can someone advice me how to retrieve it as I've tried and failed.

Am not sure but wen you log in if it says remember me and you tick the remember me box will your pass word not come up.am clueless me like.
