Pedro why can’t you just let people have their own opinions instead of trying to make them concede to your views? A lot of Notts fans think he did an ok job, doesn’t make them Ardley lovers/disciples. Wimbledon’s board must have thought he was ok, keeping him on for 6 years which is a rarity now a days and probably a bigger rarity lasting more than 2 years at Notts. He’s gone now, we’re all happy how we are now playing and all hoping it will last for a long time.

I was of the view that NA would not get us promoted. However, since he has thankfully gone and we appear to have green shoots under IB, can we please just agree to disagree re NA. My life is getting shorter and surely we can move on from this?

Unfortunately, the managerial merits of NA is destined to be debated here until the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse come charging into view (I live 45 minutes down the road from Megiddo, aka Armageddon, so should get an early sighting of them). Other hardy perennials (no pun intended) include...
