    Mutual consent, if that's what it is, to me suggests he wants to make his own decisions about players in.

    To be fair, he knew the deal before he came in, just like the new manager will.

    I think the problem with Mcinnes is he done what was expected of him in league without Rangers, a poor hearts and hibs side for many years too. Massive budget compared to all other teams and had the pick of the best of the rest in the SPL. Even then he only won 1 trophy in his time there which really should have been more considering the circumstances.
