It would worry me if any new guy is under pressure to play youngsters, I'm all for getting them into the team, but first they have to be good enough, and secondly they need a sound base to be brought into. I don't think we have that at the moment, I think our first team squad excluding the youngsters is bottom 3-4 at present.
