This is what they should be doing if they are insistent on Courts being involved. A Head Coach (with experience) and Courts as Assistant. We won't get a DOF as that is effectively Asghars role.

That would make a lot of sense manager or head coach with experience and make courts assistant then if the manager gets his books or leaves down the line courts will have a bit of experience with running first team they could then give there experiment a go without scaring us the fans so much.

If its Courts then they need to just appoint him and hope they've made a good decision

As this affects the future of the club when there is a clear best candidate available in McInnes, risk free who would get us to where we want to be at the top half of the league on a consistent basis

If you are not going for that obvious choice then you need to make sure you are very confident in the choice you are going for instead
