Really hope out of all the candidates listed that we go for Toshack. Been reading a few articles about him and he he sounds like a good fit. Clear proven track record in youth development with Swansea and sounds like someone who would earn the respect of the players (which I don't think Courts will do), get the mentality right and ultimately get them winning games. Both him and his trusty no.2 are available right now.

Young, inexperienced and just a gut instinct really. The interviews that I've seen, he doesn't strike me as someone who would command the respect of seasoned pro's. He sounded like a fish out of water in both if I'm being honest.
