See not all my transfer rumours are crap. I had heard he had turned it down maybe improved offer? Fuchs was offered one too havent heard anymore. Shank signs extension and has a bucket load of goals we will prob lose him next summer but for a million plus rather than nothing.

Exactly. I still think he'll be away next summer and that this is more of an extension to secure us a transfer fee. Nice bit of loyalty from the boy if true.

Would be great news, but we need at least one new midfielder than can supply him.

It appears to be a struggle to get players to sign anything longer than a 2 year deal these days.

Makes it hard for any manager/1st team coach to plan long term.

Good. F*ck handing out 3 year deals to some of the boys we've signed in the past. 2 year extensions are bad enough.
