I don't mean to be critical of you but this reply is illustrating my point perfectly. Will analysis make a player any more skillful? No. Will it help in other areas of their game? Yes. This is the problem though, the results of this are not immediate and obvious without access to any particular player's statistics that are measured.

Its no surprise to me that the fee asked for from The Big Man is too high, they always offer buttons in Scotland,FACT.

No, I don't suggest you leave, but maybe have a little more understanding for people who are concerned about our lack of signings so far.

Our wage bill is/was 120%, weve got too many players, and weve handed out extensions to Pawlett Connolly and Clark and we have more coaches than Williamson's.
The next thing is we're being told we can't afford Doyle Hayes.

Feel free to argue your position that everything is fine. Do you think things are fine? I'd be interested in your views and especially a firm prediction on where we will finish the season based on the current squad. Hopefully you're up for it.
Where did I say I was offended? Simply pointing out that what's good for the goose is also good for the gander. Talk about contradiction, you say you're not suggesting I leave, and also suggest that the Internet may not be the place for me 😂😂

I'm absolutely fine and seem to be in the minority for actually being more balanced about our situation, instead of joining the meltdown.

It's not unusual for me to be unpopular here for not agreeing with common opinion, but I'm equally relaxed about that too 😁

I am not asking the analyst to make Mark a more skilful player but it would be of great benefit to United if they could get his clearances to go in the direction he wants them to go otherwise their talents are wasted on him.
It would also benefit United if the analysts could get Jamie to head the ball out of the box rather than into the six yard area to set up goals for the opposition.
The point i am making is can we in our dire financial position afford to pay analysts if none of the players listen to or learn from them?.

You're expecting results from analysis that aren't possible. How about this: when we played Forfar in the cup last year I noticed all their players has GPS trackers on. So, would you be happy to learn Forfar were doing this type of analysis but we weren't?

That was Mellons excuse more than once for persisting with Clark in midfield. He was 'the busiest player on the park according to the stats'. So yeah, maybe they do more harm than good. 😂
