Could you explain this post please? My understanding is that there is a legal responsibility for companies like DFCSS to have their accounts audited and I think your description of their charges related to several years of audits and would most certainly not be incurred under the sole direction of Deeranged.

I think he's referring to exactly what you're describing BCram. During my time on on the board DFCSS moved to some sort of lesser audit of finances that cost significantly less. I was never really involved in the finance side as I don't know enough about it but what I do know is that the finances were in very capable hands and no money as unnecessarily 'spunked'. I do remember voting for the reduced spend on audit fees though as the full review became unnecessary.

I'm completely lost regarding his reference to me acting as he describes at any conference though. Don't remember ever being involved in a conference of any sort. But hey, Taintedice knows best so no doubt he'll be along in a bit to explain - or will he just skulk off again as he normally does when his nonsense is challenged?
