You should be happy fans are getting back, not picking at which stand they should be in. A return to normal is going to be a slow process.

For some reason you seem to love to jump on anything negative and I think it's sad. We just won promotion, the team have started the season well, fans are back in the ground, 4000 fans will be in by the end of the month. We should be buzzing as Dundee fans but some some reason you're not and that is such a shame. Your last 25 posts have been have negative tone (yes i was sad enough to check) and I genuinely feel sorry for you. I hope you get back to Dens when mask restrictions are lifted and get back to enjoying what supporting a team should be about. I know some people have it it tough mentally throughout the pandemic and I sincerely hope that you aren't one of them and can get back to enjoying football again.
Let's get this straight, not only am I negative with regard to all things DFC but I also have mental health issues?

I can only thank you for taking the time and making the effort to trawl through my posts and, of course, on making your expert assessment of my state of mind. Completely wrong by the way and I'm quite literally pi55ing myself laughing at your attempts to justify the shocking treatment of Dundee fans.

I'm ecstatic that fans are getting back into Dens but extremely hacked off at the bullying tactics reportedly being employed by some stewards. I'll go back to Dens when I can, I won't wear a face covering because I'm exempt for medical reasons and I won't be bullied or judged because of it.

Can you also make up your mind on whether The Derry (sorry my mistake, South Enclosure) is not being opened because of access / egress concerns or because of the toilets? You've confused everyone over this.

It is both as I originally said. Sorry to have confused everyone and thanks for clarifying that I did. I wasn't aware that i did. i originally posted that these are the concerns of DCC regarding the South Enclosure. Perhaps you could contact them for clarification on this on contact your councilor (city councilor not mental health one). They might be able to explain or justify it better than me so as to not confuse you.
Not sure what "The Derry (sorry my mistake, South Enclosure)" means - I must have missed something

If you're exempt they'll you'll be able to go to Dens without having to worry much so I don't see you're issue at not going back until the mask rule is lifted.

I didn't try and justify the shocking treatment of fans - I merely quoted what the guidelines were. It's for other to make their judgement on that. It's you trying to turn things now unfortunately. I don't get it. Does all this negativity not drag you down. I hope you smiled at least once watching the game last night. Be nice to see you put a positive comment in the Brora thread.

That first line certainly clarifies things, thanks for that.

Mental health councillor? Brilliant. I hope you don't miss that one the way you did the one about The Derry which I will explain for you as follows -

Everyone calls The Derry, well, The Derry - you seem to insist it's the South Enclosure. It's The Derry, always was The Derry and always will be The Derry to Dundee fans. South Enclosure Rhumba just doesn't have the right ring to it.

At least you've admitted the treatment of fans has been shocking. However it's for nobody to pass judgement on guidelines for a couple of reasons - firstly they're guidelines and not rules or laws and secondly it's just nobody's place to judge others.

Everyone apart from the club who call it the South Enclosure and write South Enclosure on season tickets and matchday tickets. It is also on the documentation from DCC

I'm pleased I made you laugh. That must feel good rather than your constant negativity. I'm pleased I was able help. That's made my day. Laughter is the best medicine.

It’s not wrong to compare Asda, which I was one of the first to do. It’s a large venue, but indoors. Allowed near as many people in it than the whole of dens up to now.
Covid is no more prevalent among people attending outdoor stadiums than Indoor shopping areas, this piss is bizarre.
The mask saga is also strange, at hampden with 12,500 people people who went to the game together were able to sit next to each other, no harassment about masks from stewards either.
The zealous stewarding is consistent though with how Dundee fans are treated inside dens. And completely inconsistent with how old firm fans get to do
As they please, which we’ll see again soon enough.

I salute you Speroni. Not many get Deeranged laughing. Sometimes he comes across as a wee bit grumpy but we all know he is really a nice guy who cares about our club!

Like the comparison you draw between OF fans behaviour tolerated in Dens compared with stewarding of Dees. Very old grievance often talked about on here.

As it is, as it was and as it ever will be, until someone at Dens grows a pair.
