The appointment of TC was a board decision, not TA alone. If it goes tits up then it's down to all of them.

For what it's worth, I think the strength of our squad is being extremely underestimated by a lot of our fans.

Agreed, I really don't feel like I'm in a happy clapper camp, I like you think some of our fans are underestimating what we already have and over estimating what we are going to face, weegie for example thinks the fun are better than us and others are worried we will go down, I had more concern last season about staying up after the disruption we had, the manager change and the uncertainty than I do this time as we have seen what we are up against, we won't play as negatively as last season I wouldn't think, we haven't really weakened (unless you think not having that donkey Bolton and stuff here is weakening), how he played so many games ill never know (indirectly led to the fun getting promoted but thats another story)

It's all a bit strange how a negative vibe has enveloped a section of our support, it's not like we have just come off the back of a bad period or couple seasons, there is plenty to be positive about, we haven't weakened, we still have signings to make, our key cb from second part of last season has extended his stay, Shankland looks happier, we have an exciting division and plenty big games, a very tasty first few games, I get the concern about the manager selection but again the previous two have completed their objectives under this regime

I'm cautiously optimistic this will turn out well and we will go onto have a better season than many think

I don't see being wary or showing concern over the clubs appointment of a rookie manager as being negative! It's ok for us to take this gamble but when Stephen Glass was announced as the Sheepies manager there was a fair few on here laughed their tits aff
