I don't see much sign of marketing plans and effort being made to re engage with the support. It is terrific what is happening on the field and the playing side is obviously being well supported. I don't think much money needs to be spent to address the situation in the SE, it's more a change of attitude and attempts being made to recapture the people who used to go to watch their football there.
My main moans over the years (been a few) is DFC are so slow to change anything.

I put this down to one or two people.
