Couldn't get the volume on the famous edged first half interview, but the movement of the face was a man out of depth, know he is going and what the fruck is happening around me.
The bookies never get it wrong apparently. 🙂

Just in. Wow That wasn't the same team that played last week???!

Much more like it! Energy, Enthusiasm, Desire, tempo and a resolve we lacked badly last week. This is what we all want!

I wasn't happy with the lineup when I saw it. Shankland missing was ominous and didn't think we would have enough about us going forward to trouble Sevco. Glad Chalmers and Fuchs were in and that we had a change of shape but still didn't expect much. We started very well. Got in their faces. Crashing into challenges and looked up for it. Putting pressure on them and getting into some promising positions. Naturally we dropped back but felt we dealt with them fairly well.

2nd half, I expected them to improve. They played with more intent and forced more corners and pressure but again felt we dealt with it well. Robson then scores which was crazy! then a few scary moments but strangely I felt comfortable.

Benji- Didn't have a lot to do in fairness.
    Smith- dealt with Kent well.
Robson- MOTM some goal but overall his performance was immense
Edwards- Ball was a magnet to his head. Solid
Mulgrew- He showed his quality. Solid alongside Edwards
Butcher- This is the butcher we want to see more often. Solid. Covering. Eager and not just rushing the ball forward all the time.
Fuchs- He will be sore tonight. Was everywhere! Brilliant
Harkes- Similar to Fuchs, he put in a power of work.
Pawlett- was impressed with his work rate. Looked dangerous esp in first half.
Chalmers- was dangerous. hoping his injury isn't too bad.
    Clark- Worked his backside off!

Sporle- Love his attitude. He is so awkward to deal with
Watson- Made a good impression when he came on. Quick!

Overall I'm shocked! I cant believe that result after last weeks performance. Courts deserves a lot of credit for that performance. Pressure on, negativity about the club and he's managed to pull out a performance like that. Well done!

He still has to work on stuff. 1 win doesn't mean he's the messiah but it's a start. Still need to make some signings to improve the squad but if we can get that level of performance more often then we will be alright!

A word of warning Troops Sportscene is only on the EBC Scotland channel at 19.30 and NOT on EBC 1 as they are showing only the Olympics in the usual football slot.I wonder if they would have dropped the English Premiership coverage on MOTD if their league had started today?.

Brilliant performance today. Every player was immense. Walking along cleppy road before thw game a fellow arab and his son had overheard me saying it will be 4 nil sevco to my mate. On the way back to the car that same boy jokingly mentioned it to me. Never been so happy to be proved wrong. 😂

Doesn’t matter which BBC channel the highlights will be shown on G, the full match in glorious technicolour was transmitted around the whole world this afternoon, millions of avid fitba fans will have watched our lads rip in about Steven Gerard’s overpaid and overhyped fannies, and that pleases me no end 😁
