People should get compensation in money terms, big money terms and forget about society giving them justice by holding someone to account. Society owes those who suffered big time and I think the only practical thing society can do is give money as a way to say sorry. Spending £ millions on legal fees for already fabulously wealthy barristers and advocates makes it even worse IMO.
