I do think our defence needs sorting out, whether that be in personnel or formation. So Kelton has a point, what is annoying is the fact he claims we advertised for a defensive coach, just after he highlighted our problem, and revelled in this, when we actually advertised for a First Team Coach (official job title). The word defence does not appear anywhere in the job description.
There is nothing wrong in having an opinions, but I suspect Kelton likes to wind people up with the way he words them.
I would be very disappointed if IB and MD could not put right our current defensive frailties.

I really hope your last para come to fruition but the warning signs are there for all to see. I want Lacey back soon as but not much chance of that hes missed pre season so no idea when he will be on the pitch. We need 3 proper CB’s out there. Im really happy with our attacking options now and Cal being back is brilliant but we are conceding too many goals…….. it has to be addressed.

That may well be correct, but for the greater good of the board I think the wrong person would be banned.

Good to see you sticking to your promise that you will only be speaking about notts and footy related topics from now on. ..which was made at least six weeks ago and at least every week constantly before that.

Whilst you are considering the "greater good of the board" if we could follow suit and simply ignore each other has we've been both been advised many many times then we will have really hit the jackpot.
