    Humm just because we replaced one rubish with an even bigger bag of rubish doesn't mean we don't need a LB. How the hell was this guy a backup at barca?

I don't think there's any danger of a relegation battle for your side but like us there'll be inconsistency along the way and a solid start is I think key to not being sucked into the mix when the nerves can creep in.

    Good luck for the season except against us!
    My arse, patronising tw at. As if vilea are some kind of established prem side?

    Another spot on post. Firpo has been lightweight, uncommitted and largely ineffectual, words you just can't apply to Alioski.

    Because he was a backup, just like Koko was a backup keeper and look how that turned out.

    So, having watched the MOTD highlights, couple of comments;

    Cooper doesn't deserve to be club captain. He is a liability and has conceded more penalties as a single player than all others combined (and "he pulled my shirt so I pulled his" is juvenile in the extreme)

    Firpo might be a "real left back" but at present shows no signs if it, and compared to the commitment AND skill that Alioski brought to the game, we've been done over big time.

    Can the Klich-bashers please shut the f00k up (at least for a while)

    Don't care how often he gets used, or in what position, but Rodrigo will never be as valuable a player to Leeds as Bamford as long as he has a hole in his arse.

    Raphina is pure gold, his goal was sublime (and please don't come back with "Well Cooper provided the assist", it was fortuitous rather than skilful, something you can't accuse the goalscorer of being).

    Meslier saved us from another defeat, we can't depend on being so lucky (which is what we seem to be).

    Oh one last observation....the young lad Gray cost Everton less than £2m and ripped Ayling a new arsehole. When will we mirror the scouting capability of our competition? Oh I know......not for as long as Orta is DoF!!!!!!

    We have a lot of young talent just a question of if they get played - Summerville has pace to burn and JG and McGurk like taking players on

    Have made it clear on my thoughts of shirt pulling....Leeds players or not! Should be more penalties to make it disappear. Not as much in it as Cooper's, but the Everton lad did have an arm over Bamford somewhat when I watched the highlights, so wouldn't have taken much more to go our way. 😮

    Phillips back in yesterday, may still only be 90% fit, but the difference he makes is huge - but also worrying when we still have been unable / bothered / whatever, to seek a backup.
    All very well for the " three wise men " to be seen laughing / punching the air etc, football has nasty way of biting back. Its a long time untill Jan, and that window even more difficult than this one - you would expect, much to do this week.
