I'm hoping that Appere can be our big striker, unfortunately the guy for some reason thinks he is a 5'7 8st winger

Don't think we'll ever see that happening tbh. He never really imposes himself when he's played as a striker despite being a big lump. Can't recall him being that great in the air either? He's undoubtedly played his best football on the left, cutting inside and driving with the ball at his feet. Play to his strengths & keep him out there imo. He'd be great in the 433 that we play.

I thought he did well there at Ibrox last season, second visit, we played really well and scoreline was very unjust to us on the day

Either way, sooner he is fully fit to give us that option the better

A merited victory for United. That was a real battle against saints. Delighted to say we stood up and matched their physicality.
Great team performance, but special mention for Sporle, Fuchs, Mulgrew, Clark.
    Fans were brilliant.
    Good start from Tam.
Looking forward to beating Robbie Neilson's mob.

He surely can't be far away unless as he started training again at the start of the month.

Great result, didnt see any of it so will hold back comments on performance but great to read some of the stuff on here and us defying a lot of the pre-season worries about our points totals after so many games.

Only saw a couple of brief snatches of the coverage and was impressed at a much better work ethic all round. Effectively doing a St J to St J.

This rate has to be maintained going forward. Even McN got pass marks but FFS Pawlett. Yes he scored but wouldn't even get half marks for his diving.

Pawlett's a f*cking idiot. He's made a career of diving and it came back to bite him on the arse on Sunday. Pathetic.

Pawlett put a hell of a shift in, scored the winner and fell victim to an over officious referee FFS

Michael Antonio of west ham was running around the track holding aloft a cardboard ****ing cut out of himself after scoring last night, which he then casually chucked aside, didn't see him getting a yellow though.
